Shipping policy
All orders that are processed Monday through Friday morning will be shipped within 48 hours. Orders placed after 12 p.m. M.T. on Fridays will be shipped out on Tuesday the following week. After you make a purchase, you will receive two email notifications: an order confirmation email and a notification email that your product has been shipped

In-store pickup
You can skip the shipping fees with free local pickup at the shop (124 13th Ave S Nampa, ID 83651). After placing your order and selecting local pickup at checkout, your order will be prepared and ready for pickup within normal business hours, with the exception of holidays. We will send you an email when your order is ready.
Our in-store pickup hours are 11-7, Tuesday - Saturday. Please have your order confirmation email with you when you come.
International Shipping
We currently do not offer international shipping outside of the United States.
How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us that will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within 10 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at shopinhalebliss@gmail.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
Refunds, returns, and exchanges
Once an order is shipped, the sale is final. No returns or exchanges. If you desire to cancel or change your order before the ship out date, please contact us at shopinhalebliss@gmail.com or call the store at (208) 999-6667. In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at shopinhalebliss@gmail.com or call the store at (208) 999-6667 with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
Persons ages 21 or older must have nonexpired identification and sign off on the package at the time of delivery.
